We found Michele by luck through an Internet search. After a brief conversation as we drove down to Ocean City we knew she would be the perfect agent for us. Within hours of our first conversation she was showing us properties. Many (many!) showings later we finally found the house that was exactly what we were looking for. She skillfully helped us through the negotiations until we arrived at a price that we thought was fair.



Most people who are buying property in Ocean City aren't local, so having someone like Michele who knows the area well is critical. Her recommendations for trustworthy contractors and inspectors were spot-on.
